Hi Judite,

I just wanted to send you a note to say thank you for speaking last night. I was very moved and inspired by your entire story.

I really believe that certain people are meant to come into our lives for a very specific purpose. That purpose is not always evident in the beginning, but seems to reveal itself over time. I feel like I was supposed to meet you. I was supposed to hear your story at what has been one of the most challenging times of my life's journey to date. We all have struggled on some level at some time, but for the courageous few like yourself, who are willing to share their story, it can serve to be an inspiration and a form of hope for others who may be lost in their own grief for what was lost or not to be.

I think most of us are afraid to go through a catharsis, to face the reality of realizing that our life's path has not exactly turned out the way we expected or dreamed it would be. To live in denial is by far the more natural path of least resistance. By listening to your story, others will perhaps gain the courage to face their fears, get up the next day and put one foot in front of the other, and keep moving forward beyond a place of denial and sorrow, and into a place of acceptance and love.
